I visit your home, office or business to provide an IT repair and maintenance service in and around Tyne and Wear.
I’m competent in all manners of technology and have been known as a caretaker of anything with a plug attached.But why should you use me?
- I am fair. I wont run through an itemised list of work I’ve carried out and charge individually. Its usually a flat call out fee and occasionally a brew. Milk no sugar, thanks.
- I have no interest in selling you things. In fact I have more interest in keeping older and existing things working.
- Honest advice. Should you fix/upgrade your existing laptop or buy a new one? I’ll give you a real opinion.
- I’ve a fair amount of experience. Small businesses (SME’s), large businesses to Fortune 500 companies and many years in the education sector.
I can also provide scheduled visits to your office and business to provide all manners of IT support. I’ve had fantastic feedback from visiting clients weekly or fortnightly to sort out their problems and niggles they didn't even realise were there.
